Just checking in to say we are having a great time here. The place is very nice but it is isolated--a few minutes drive to anything. They are developing a village center out front so there will be something in the future. The weather is iffy but the pools are fine.
There were some Gustav evacuees here...

Renaissance Ross Bridge
That place is beautiful. I%26#39;ve been to meetings there but never stayed there. I like to drive up Shades Crest Drive (?) and look down at the hotel and golf course. BEAUTIFUL VIEW!
