Mustique condo - on the beach or not?

One description says ';Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront'; but the pictures make it look like it is gulffront. Please help.

Across the street from the beach, but if you%26#39;re on a high floor it%26#39;s nearly like Gulf Front. I think they are all 4BR/4.5BA units. Nice looking place. Little Lagoon on the back side.

Gorgeous property, not Gulf Front. Almost better IMO. I have stayed there and it was wonderful and way less expensive than a lower quality Gulf Front condo (or house for that matter).
