New property on West Beach Blvd. Across the street from the beach, but it has its own walkover that leads to the beach. Haven%26#39;t been in any of the units, but hear they%26#39;re nice. Bahama Bob%26#39;s is fairly close by, then there are all the places around Hwy 59 like DeSoto%26#39;s, Shrimp Basket, Original Oyster House, Mikee%26#39;s, etc.

My friends own unit 1301. VERY upscale property with a fantastic view (on the 13th floor) Not Gulf front but right across the street with an air conditioned walkway to the beach. Has heated pool, fitness center, outdoor pool/Jacuzzi, and private beach.

Try not to get a unit in the middle of the tower near the elevators. Can be very noisy at times.

You can walk to Bahama Bob%26#39;s. The rest are a short drive away.

This is an awesome property with tons of amenities (including a game roon in addition to the things mentioned by previous poster). It%26#39;s also about 20% less than staying on the Gulf side. Just make sure to get something above the 10th floor. It is 0.8 miles from the intersection of West Beach and 59. Bahama Bob%26#39;s is 0.5 miles east.

I think our condo is on the 15th floor. Not that crazy about being that high up but I figure the view of the ocean will be awesome.

I too get a sense of Vertigo in high places so I understand where you are coming from. But the views (if you have a corner unit) are awesome! Just don%26#39;t look down! :-)

Last yr stayed at Phoenix 111 on the 11th floor. A little bit of panic at first. I just didn%26#39;t go to the edge of the balcony. The view was fantastic.
