Has anyone ever stayed here? i found a great rate with Kaiser.

Nice place. Nice, big floor plans and great pool areas.

Be sure it%26#39;s Summer House and not Summer House WEST. There%26#39;s a big difference. Both are fine, but SHW is much smaller, less expensive, across the street from the beach, etc.

Summer House has great amenities and is a safe, fun place to stay. There are lots of families that go year after year, so it feels safer than some of the other condos.

We changed our minds and are at Windward Pointe. Thanks for responding!
