I am thinking about renting a unit a Pelican Pointe. Does anyone know if this is a pretty nice facility? Is it in a good area? What about the beach and pool? Thanks!
Pelican Pointe?
Pelican Pointe is a great property. It%26#39;s in a fairly high density area, but the beach is large enough to accommodate everyone. Pool area is nice and large. I really like the floor plans at PP. Area is a typical Orange Beach area. Lots of high rise condos around it like Bluewater, Windward Pointe, Shoalwater, White Caps, etc.
Pelican Pointe?
We stayed at PP two years ago and liked it. Pool area isn%26#39;t very large, but very nice. I would recommend. I would try to get a condo high on the east side of the building if possible, as there is another condo immediately west of PP.
