new space center exhibit?

Hi,

We are considering a visit to the Space Center (with 10 year old kids) but the reviews are pretty dismal. Has the new exhibit opened (slated for last month) and has anyone been?

new space center exhibit?

The majority of the museum is a little dated. They have slowly been working on making it better over the years. The kids will love the simulators and rock wall. Even the IMAX and New 3D theater. I hope they like space, otherwise you could be in for a long 4 hours. The new Saturn V building is open and quite awe inspiring. There are not a lot of other exhibits in there yet, but I was impressed. Once they get the rest of the artifacts in there it will be on par with kennedy or johnson.
