Four Winds Condos/ & Beach Chair Rentals??

Anyone familar with Four Winds Condo area?? How close to the nightlife is it?? Also is it a nice decent place to stay at?? do all of these condo%26#39;s have the beach chairs/umbrellas or do you rent them from somewhere???? alcohol allowed on beach???

I like Four Winds. Small property with only about 32 units. Small pool, but right on the beach. The lower floor units might get a little pool noise at times, but not much. It%26#39;s as close as any other condo to the ';nightlife';, such as it is. Some units may have beach chairs in the condo, but not all. Ike%26#39;s beach rentals will deliver chairs and umbrellas, plus there are a couple of other beach services. You can fish from the beach.

Hi, did you end up going to four winds? If so, how was it? I was looking at it too and wondered what it was like. I like the idea of it being a smaller condo but am wondering if the pool is ';too small'; Also didn%26#39;t see anything in the listings about an indoor pool so I%26#39;m assuming there is not one.

No indoor pool at Four Winds. Unless you%26#39;re talking about swimming laps the pool there is fine. Most people just use it to wash the sand off, anyway.

If you are looking for a larger pool, in the same area, try Tradewinds, Phoenix or Seaside Beach. All have chair and umbrella rentals available on the beach. Tradewinds, even if one bedroom, have two baths. Believe Four Winds only have one bath and it seems that another condominium has been built to the West. Not sure if it blocks any views or not. Phoenix one bedroom units do not have the built-in bunks, and only have one bath, but nice pool areas. Be sure to notice if the unit you are renting in several of these condos are ';direct'; Gulf front, or ';side'; views.
