I am looking at renting a condo at Lani Kai. I understand that it is across the street from the beach but was wondering how far the actual walk to the sand is. Are all the units about the same distance? Any other comments about this property?
Lani Kai Village
I like Lani Kai. It has two pools, one adults only, and that is a plus. The units along Beach Blvd are closer to the beach, but only by a couple hundred feet, than the ones in the back of the property. Either way you%26#39;re on the beach in 3 minutes tops. Keep in mind that parking is underneath the ';first'; floor units, so there are stairs to walk up. No elevator.
