Coming for a little R%26amp;R and need would like some info on the golf in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach areas.

Some great courses down here. The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes (links course. Killer on a windy day). Craft Farms has two courses (one Arnold Palmer and one Jerry Pate). Glenlakes is nice. Lost Key (known locally as ';Lost Ball';).

Glenlakes is the best value in the area IMHO.

Cotton Farms, Penninsula, Kiva Dunes are nice for a splurge.

My brother and I golfed at the Peninsula last week ($100/apiece on Friday morning) and really enjoyed it. It%26#39;s three 9-hole courses, the two that we golfed on, The Lakes and The Marsh courses were in great shape. The greens and fairways were perfect. Probably one of the nicer courses that I have been on. Highly recommended if you have the coin to do so.
