We are headed to GS in a week. We are staying in a townhouse on the beach. I don%26#39;t think there is Internet service though...I have to be connected somehow. :) Last year when we went to Galveston, we were able to purchase ';temporary'; internet service through our rental house. Is there anything like that in GS?

We just got back from Gulf Shores yesterday. While I don%26#39;t know anything about ';temporary'; internet, there are quite a few places that are Wi-Fi available and for free. Sorry I couldn%26#39;t be more help.

We stayed at a house last year that didn%26#39;t have it, so my husband went to the Gulf Shores library and said it worked really well. The visitor%26#39;s center advertises that they have it, but he had no luck getting it to work correctly. He also tried having breakfast at Hazel%26#39;s and using theirs but said it was incredibly slow and not worth the trouble at all. He highly recommends the library.

That is probably the one downfall we%26#39;re having with our trips to GS--we keep ending up in houses that don%26#39;t have internet access. My husband has to have it for work, so it%26#39;s a bit of a hassle for him to drive into GS and find it (we stay on Ft. Morgan). Even when we%26#39;ve explored condo options, I%26#39;ve come across several that don%26#39;t have access either. Oh well, it%26#39;s still not enough to keep us away! Good luck!
