SailBoat Bay Condos

Hi,

We are looking to rent a 2-bedroom condo in SailBoat Bay Condominiums. Does anyone have any feedback on this area? I can see that it%26#39;s situated on the Bay but is there a swim area? I am not looking for a fancy beach, just an area to go for a swim.

There is at least one pool at SB, but I doubt if the swimming is any good in the bayou. With all those boats there is bound to be some oil.
