Has anyone stayed there? It looks to be directly on the sand. Is it?
';Chill out'; beach house.
I know you posted this to Dauphin Island, but there is also a Chill Out beach house on Fort Morgan. Both of them (Ft Morgan and Dauphin Island) appear to be second tier houses, which means they might not sit directly on the beach but are very close. The DI house looks like it has an unobstructed view of the Gulf, while the Ft Morgan one probably doesn%26#39;t.
';Chill out'; beach house.
I rented this house in September for the weekend. It is a second tier house as the other person posted but does have a unobstructed Gulf view. Wonderful house, by the way. We had a ball.
Can you see the water from the patio on Chill Out in Dauphin Island? Any advice....we are thinking of renting it this summer?
Whats the address?
refer to my other post on the topic, I would highly recommend the house we stayed.
I don%26#39;t think you can go wrong with any of the houses on http://www.dibeachhouses.com Most of their houses have pools, and they are the only ones with houses on the Gulf side with their own pools. They tend to fill up quickly, though. I think most of the peak summer stuff is pretty full already.

Dauphin Island is a great place though, I loved the little colorful houses near the beach in the port area!
Hi all,
I am the owner of ';Chill Out'; beach house on Dauphin Island that is being discussed here.
The home is technically the 4th lot off the water but the second home. There is a small cottage (1000sqft) to the south but the main waterfront view from Chill Out%26#39;s decks is over 100 ft wide.
The gulf side decks are situated at the legal setbacks so the view is wide and close.
Check out the WEBCAM on Chill Out%26#39;s south/west deck to see the view for yourself. The link address can be found in my profile as links are not allowed in these posts. Also I have a map pin showing the cottage.
More information is available from me or various rental websites about Dauphin Island rentals.

Hi, Marion, welcome aboard.
There is no prohibition against putting links in the forums, you just can%26#39;t insert HTML coding. Here is the answer to the question in the FAQ section:
'; . . members cannot include HTML in their posts. However, URLs in forums posts will automatically be hyperlinked';.
So, I would say, by all means, include a link to ';Chill Out';.
Here%26#39;s to a great Summer down on D.I.
