Condo Recommendations needed.

I am needing a 2 bdrm/2bath condo preferably on the beach (Orange Beach or Gulf Shores) for $1000 or under for 7 nights. Looking on vrbo.com but there is so many that I need some guidance at good condos to look at that are in good areas. Not too far from shopping, activities.

When are you going??

It will be hard to find a beach front condo for $1,000 or under in june to mid august,,

It can be done in those months for about $1,400

Any other time , except holidays,

You can find a good condo for that price beach front..

There are some real nice condo%26#39;s that are across the beach that would fit the price range you have listed for summer..

The four C%26#39;s are across the beach, near the lagoon, and are priced close to what you want,

Spyglass has been renovated and are right in your price range...

Well for the past 2 summers (July) we stayed at 2 bdrm/2bath beautiful condos in Destin for $950-$1000 and I heard GS was cheaper than Destin. Is that not true?

Yes, it was at Amalfi Coast Resort. Very nice! Beautiful beach!

Probably the best comparison to Amalfi Coast (which I think is across the street from the beach) would be Crystal Shores West. You might check vrbo for some units there.

Thank you, I%26#39;ll check it out. Most of the condos in Destin on 98 are across the street from the beach not directly on the beach.

Check out Brett Robinson.com. they have Many beach front condos. we have stayed thru them lots and never had any problems, they have several different deals of stay 7 nights and pay for 5 etc. they should be within your price range.

I actually messaged many vrbo condo owner and got a few deals in GS for $900-$1000 at , but decided to go

to Panama %26amp; got an awesome new condo at Seychelles for $750 including tax %26amp; cleaning fee...WooHoo! I pride myself in finding great deals and have done so now 4 yrs in a row. 1 in Calif, 2 in Destin ,%26amp; now Panama!

We tried panama, and did not care for it,

Slight crime troubles, city is kinda dirty....

More partys, Beach not as clean...

You should still try gulf shores some time....

I agree with the previous poster. We have been to GS/OB about 6 of the last 8 summers. Last year we went to PC with a group of people and didn%26#39;t like it as much as GS/OB. It did seem someone dirty and people tended to %26#39;cruise%26#39; the strip. However, it did look like they were building several new upscale buildings.
