The Harbor Place or Sugar Beach

Has anyone stayed @ The Harbor Place in OB? Or at Sugar Beach in OB..

The Harbor Place or Sugar Beach

Both of those are older properties in OB, but both are well maintained and clean. Both have decent pool areas. Harbor Place might have more Gulf Front units than Sugar Beach, although both have a lot of side view units. If I was picking I would go with Sugar Beach, but YMMV. HP units always seemed a little dark to me. They are close to each other so the beach is pretty much the same.
