We are planning a trip to DI and are thinking about renting Surf%26#39;s Up. It looks like this house is oceanfront? Is anyone familiar with this house?

I know this house is managed by a good rental company on the island and the website lists the address as 100 Surf Court. The way these lots are numbered means it is a gulf front lot on the east side on the dead end Surf Court street.
Due to the dune rebuilding I would verify direct beach access.
