1 BR cheap but clean and good pool area?

I will be traveling 8/13 for 3 nights with a friend and my young daughter. We just need a 1 BR, need to stay cheaply but want to stay in a gulf front unit or hotel. I%26#39;m looking at Holiday Inn Express on the Beach, Hilton Garden Inn or for condos Seaside Beach %26amp; Racquet Club or maybe Fourwinds? I am open to other suggestions. I%26#39;m trying to stay around $135 per night or less if at all possible.

A condo would certainly give you more space than a hotel room. You should be able to find something Gulf front in your price range since rates usually go down by the second week in August. Both properties, Seaside and Fourwinds, would be suitable. You may also want to look at Tradewinds, Emerald Skye or Phoenix All Suites.

I like Four Winds...nice little property with a nice pool area. You might also check the Phoenix properties with Brett-Robinson. Lots of 1 BRs there. Prices should be down a little by that time, so you shouldn%26#39;t have any problem in that price range.

Me and my wife stayed at Seaside beach and Raquet Club and it was great. Our condo was in the Small buildings. Ours was right by the indoor pool which was nice. The tennis courts was also just a few feet away from our condo. We had a second floor condo and the view was pretty decent to considering we were close to the road.

Keep in mind that the closer to the time of your stay, the better the discounts will be. You should have no problem getting a one bedroom, Gulf front in the price range you%26#39;re talking about if you wait to reserve. If you need to book now it will be around $220 per night. Just an FYI...
