We (family of 4-kids are 10/12) planning our 1st trip to Gulf Shores and are interested in staying at Royal Palms. Have you stayed here? I just want to be sure it%26#39;s as good as it looks in the pictures. Is the condo clean? Well maintained? Is the beach decent? (not washed away by the hurricane) Any construction in the building or nearby?
Any insight would be helpful and reassuring.

Royal Palms is one of my favorite condos. Well maintained. Swim in/out pool. Gulf State Park is rightn next door, so you have a couple of miles of uncrowded beach. We haven%26#39;t had a hurricane lately, so the beach is in good shape.
