Does anyone here have experience staying at Mariner Pass condos in Orange beach? They are located on the harbor near the pass. I%26#39;m bringing my boat and they have slips available. We are debating between staying there, renting a house on Ono Island, or a house at Pensacola Beach.

We stayed here last Sept/Oct and returning this year too. wonderful views and lovely condos - quite peaceful setting and not for families with young children if they want entertainment !! Pools and fitness centre were great. Boat slips used mainly by permanent residents but fishing can be done for fun off the end of piers !
Advise taking highest floor possible for views. We are taking end condo on top floor this year in order to have wrap round balconys so that we have morning sun on beach side and evening sun on river side (wonderful sunsets with glass of wine !!)
Walk through the basement of next door condo block to go around and under the roadway to see views down river and out to sea.
You do need a car to get around as there are very few places within walking distance. San Roc Quay is next door. Shakes is further down in the Zekes Landing and here you can watch returning boats and their catches of the day.
Can thoroughly recommend these condos for a wonderful relaxing holiday. We are returning from UK as we believe this is paradise !!!
