Lagoon Towers

Hi,

Is Lagoon Towers in a good location? I would like to be within 5 miles of hwy 59. I was also considering a condo at the Light House. I do not have to have stores or restaurants within walking distance.

Lagoon Towers

Lagoon Tower and Lighthouse are two very different properties. LT is within your 5 mile requirement. Probably about 3 miles down West Beach across the street from the beach. LH is a Gulf Front property about a half mile east of Hwy 59 on East Beach Blvd. Both are pretty new.

Lagoon Towers

Lagoon Tower is in a very quiet area of Gulf Shores where the road becomes a 2 lane. Because they are not Gulf Front the prices are much more reasonable and the condo%26#39;s are fabulous. Each would be a good choice but if you don%26#39;t have to be Gulf Front, I%26#39;d go with Lagoon Tower. (it%26#39;s 3.4 miles west of 59).

We stayed at Lighthouse for a week in Sept and were very pleased with the facility, no complaints at all. But we like gulf front with easy access to the beach. Have a wonderful time in GS, we always do, and it keeps us coming back.
