surf fishing on Dauphin Island?

We%26#39;ll be visiting DI for the first time in October. We have reserved a gulf front home (I hope it is okay after the hurricanes!!) My husband is interested in doing some surf fishing. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

You%26#39;ll love vacationing at Dauphin Island. Your husband may also want to contact either Capt. Mike or Capt. Bobby at the Dauphin Island Marina for a guided fishing tour.

Plan on eating at Bayley%26#39;s and Pelican Reef on Dauphin Island Parkway. On the island the Oarhouse and Lighthouse Bakery are good bets.

And, it%26#39;s Halloween so take in Fort Gaines and visit the ghosts there. They won%26#39;t mess with you...
